Ford is the only automaker to offer the functionality and convenience a factory-installed strobe warning light kit to commercial fleet customers. The high-visibility flashing amber-lens LED kit is designed with the safety of utility, construction, and municipal work crews in mind.
It has been available on the 2016 F-Series Super Duty, and is now also an option for the Ford F-150.
When working road-side, these trucks can turn themselves into a supplement for road flares and signage to let motorists know workers are in the area.
